Weddings Another Perfect Production

...for the couple who wants to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy their wedding day, leaving the execution of all of their carefully laid out plans and little details to a professional!

Another Perfect Production’s “Enjoy the Day! Package” actually begins about four weeks prior to the wedding day itself. At that point, your consultant will meet with you to gather key information and to review all of the details of your wedding day… We then will work with you to create a personalized master timeline for the wedding day, including the ceremony order. The week of the wedding, we will confirm all details of the day with your vendors, and will be present to direct the rehearsal. On the wedding day itself, we will be on site for up to 7 hours; to both oversee and orchestrate the set up of the ceremony and reception, and will stay on site until all of the special activities have concluded, and the client is comfortable with us leaving.

Other “Enjoy the Day! Package” services include:

	Placement of all personal items (provided by the bride and groom) for both the ceremony and reception (guest book, place cards, menus, favors, toasting goblets, programs, etc…)
	Oversees the entire set up and supervision of vendors to ensure that your wishes and overall vision is successfully accomplished
	Communication with ushers to provide correct guest seating/placement
	Distribution of boutonnieres, corsages and bouquets
	Lining up the wedding party
	Cueing the musicians
	Act as the liaison between the on-site coordinator and the client
	Greeting any guests that may arrive late
	Communicate with the master of ceremonies/DJ to ensure that the entire event runs promptly and smoothly. This includes the announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts/cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, and the sending away of the bride and groom
	Aid in distribution of all final payments and gratuities to vendors
	Be present and available throughout the wedding day to make sure everything runs smoothly
	The designated "go-to" person for vendors and guests, ensuring the bride, groom, family, and friends can simply enjoy the day
	Providing the ultimate wedding day emergency kit
	Supervise loading of gifts into designated vehicle with your choice of caretaker
	Trouble shooting throughout the day to ensure a perfect, flawless day

$1,495 - 99 guests or less
$1,695 - 100-149 guests
$1,895 - 150-199 guests
$2,095 - 200-249 guests
$2,295 - 250-299 guests
$2,495 - 300-349 guests
$2,695 - 350-399 guests
$2,895 - 400+ guests

Prices effective 2/1/08

* Client understands that for each additional 50 guests above and beyond the 1st 150 guests, an additional consultant will be required on-site for both the rehearsal as well as the wedding day; with the client agreeing to pay each additional consultant $25/hr., and with the understanding that there is a 5-hour minimum per each additional consultant required. This policy also holds true in the event where the client has a surplus of client provided goods which are required to be placed during set up by Another Perfect Production staff (this does not include the assembly of these client provided goods - i.e. favors, votive candles, miscellaneous décor, centerpieces, floral goods, etc.); and also in the event that the client is holding their wedding ceremony and reception in two different locations.

With the more challenging and/or larger terrain venues that our clients book (for example in the State of Oregon: Bridal Veil Lakes, Kruger Farms, Timberline Lodge, Cooper Spur, Mt. Hood Bed & Breakfast, Millenium Park in downtown Lake Oswego, private residences, etc.), Another Perfect Production requires at least one additional consultant on hand to assist on the wedding day; even for the smallest of weddings. When a client is booking a venue that meets this criteria, they agree to pay each additional consultant $25/hr., with a 5-hour minimum per each additional consultant required. It will be left up to both the consultant and their client to determine the specific staffing requirements for each individual event.

Destination Weddings

Another Perfect Production is available to travel, and welcomes destination weddings. All that is required by the client in addition to the stated package price for "Enjoy the Day!" is all costs associated with the required travel (airfare, hotel accommodations, rental car, etc.), in addition to a $50/per day per diem per required consultant.
